Experience with creative financing strategies.
Proficiency in tools like PropStream, BatchLeads, or Zillow.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Real Estate Project Manager
Role Overview:
The project manager will oversee the rehab and renovation of properties, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and inspectors.
Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Provide regular updates to the team on project status.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing real estate rehab projects.
